Three Happy Years!

And just like that... three years has passed. Challenges came and went away and it only brought us closer and stronger.
I could remember the first time I saw Paul, he wasn't really the friendly type. He doesn't smile a lot, he doesn't talk a lot. Probably because the only feeling he had that night was 'total numbness' of being with me for the first time. Lol. But he's really cute.
Now that I've gotten to know more about him, he's such a clown! He is a giver, a keeper and most of all, he makes me feel loved. As we celebrate our third anniversary, we went on by far the farthest place we've even gotten on a road trip - Nasugbu, Batangas, specifically - Canyon Cove.
It was really nice, we had such an awesome quality time together! We didn't have a care in the world for two days and we had a nice massage on our last night to help our bodies recover from all the activities. I am so tired from the trip so I'll be sharing some of our pictures sometime this week. Photos uploaded! :)

1980s Fashion

Compared to last December, my Christmas month this year is less busy - last year I had to attend almost 5 year ender parties and 3 weddings! Not to mention I also have other stuff going on. Good thing it's calm and less stressful this time around. For the only year end party I attended, we had to wear something that represents the 1980s era. I would say colorful of some sort. Styled myself as per usual. Lol

I will be having less grand parties though and that's more favorable for me. Watch out for my next post as I will be sharing some cute stuff you would definitely want to buy for your friends and loved ones this Christmas season.

Blessed With The Sweetest

Last Saturday, Paul and I had a plan to meet up after lunch and spend some quality time together. We really got too busy with work, but all is well even with the hectic schedule and we have got a lot of things  to celebrate for so we decided to splurge a little bit. Paul's sister, Anne, tried this bazaar thing in Centris so I went there first to meet up with Paul and then we went to Trinoma.

My ever crazy sweet boyfriend was such a natural actor! We were just walking around the mall full of people (which I actually hate since I get the suffocated feeling) and then went to the department store. I thought we were just headed for another exit but then he went to the baggage claim and handed over a card with a number to the guy assigned, who in exchange, gave him a bag with a red box inside. Paul prompted me to get the bag and I was actually unsure so I asked again if the package was ours. That's when it occurred into me that he got me a present.
We then dined in at a Greek restaurant (which I love so much!) called Cyma and everything was just so perfect.
The ambiance, the people, oh the food! It was really unexpected since it was just a normal Saturday. Paul has actually gotten so good at making my normal Saturdays extra special. :)
So there.. there were 2 gifts - a small one and a big one. I opened the small one first and my clown just kept on laughing. It look me a long time to open it because the wrapping was thick... and tada! It was my favorite chocolate that his mom got from Japan. I think I have consumed like 6 of those already (fatty alert). That was supposed to be a joke but I appreciated it anyway - I love those chocolates! When I opened the big one, he took out his phone and took pictures of me (which I later found out that it was a video). My sweet, sweet love.. gave me a notebook. My very own ASUS Transformer Book - cool since it can be a tab and a mini laptop. He really wants me to write! :(

My laptop got broken ages ago and I have been using my company laptop ever since. But that actually is the reason why I had to stop writing stories. So maybe now, I can start all over again.
But really...he is so random! The card said 'Happy Anniversary' - which will be in a couple of weeks now and he said he really just gotten so excited about it so he got me the gift super advance. :(
I was speechless because it was so beautiful and he just smiled and kissed me and told me that he loves me and he only wants the best for me. Thinking of it now, I just love that man so much. I appreciate every little thing he's done for me and these extravagant things, these aren't necessary but the thought of it is everything to me! My idea of that day is to just have a nice dinner with him and yet he's got something really nice planned for me. Paul, if you're reading this I want you to know that I love you so much and I'm so excited for all our plans together! Advance happy 3rd anniversary, my love. <3

All Went Right

Sitting in a corner, I could recall
How you came up to me and again I fall
Yes, I still fall for you every single day
And every single night I pray you won't go away

Your jokes make me realize how I'm so lucky
You never allow a day to pass by and leave me lonely
You're my strength and yet you're my weakness
But most of the time, all the time, you're my happiness

I love our simple but sweet weekend dates
Even though the traffic caused us both to wait
Seeing you outside my door makes me tear up
Knowing you went all the trouble but it didn't make you stop

Sitting in a corner, I could recall
When a guy went up to me and said "hi, I'm Paul"
I knew it was you, the moment it had occurred
Because suddenly, all went right in the world.

Bae-guio

So a few weeks back, Paul and I went to Baguio. It was such a sweet escapade wherein we got to bond in a cold climate.. quite different from our island escapades where it's hot. Baguio is a very romantic place for me. The last time I was here was Christmas 2013 and I was with my family. I actually wished that Paul was with me that time.. and weeks ago, we had our "bae-guio" moment which was just so perfect! Sharing some of our pictures.

Wearing our GOT hoodies while having Japanese dinner before movie time!

With Coco! I guess this is a mandatory Baguio picture, eh?

We were actually very serious with our OOTDs right there. Lol!

Come here Coco, don't bite me Coco!

Servin' some chinita realness (P.S. My eyes are like that when I don't have eyeliner huhu)

With Jake Cuenca (wahaha labyu lab!) Checkin' out if we can do the OOTD sideways. Paul has actually been trying to copy Jake Cuenca's no-smile look haha

This is from Chocolate de Batirol and it was so good! I had mine with mint + the suman. UHHH! I will definitely go back for more!

Inside Chocolate de Batirol - it was giving such a homey ethnic vibe.

Another take on the Jake Cuenca look please. Hahahahaha he's gonna kill me for this.

Yeah we ridin' dirteh.

And then not so dirty...

Are we out of the woods yet?

Poor horsey, you get to carry something really heavy haha

I will update this post once I get a hold of the other pictures. But really.. I enjoyed Baguio so much and we had so much fun walking around the city with our thick clothes. We ate in so many places (mostly those that are ranked top in the Internet) and we shopped at the night market! It was so cheap and Paul really has this good convincing powers. Like I was ready to give my 200 for a pretty hoodie but when he talked, he slashed half of the price and I got it for a hundred! Man, we were in business there! Haha! Till more of our awesome adventures. :)

Hello Fitness

I never really dreamed of having a supermodel bod even if I adore Gigi Hadid so much. I only want my college bodehh to be back so I won't have a hard time fitting into my clothes (hahaha fatass!)

So when I had a realization that I CANNOT continue being like this anymore, I enrolled myself to the most homey gym I have ever been to. Homey perhaps because it is just super near my neighborhood and the people are so welcoming.
They have like the best equipments (even if these actually give me a taste of death) plus a pool which you can use for cardio. Here are some pictures from their Facebook account:

TAF Gym & Pool (TAF stands for The Acropolis Fitness)

Fact: Did you know that when you work out, your body releases chemicals (endorphins) that make you happy? (Hahaha.. may masabi lang)

After two months, I will definitely update about my progress. Hopefully I can encourage couch potatoes like me to get up and get your asses moving!

Be healthy, people!
