A couple months back, Paul told me he wants us to go to Coron and as fast as lightning, our tickets were booked. To be honest, my head is still floating upon writing this...I guess it's still stuck in the beautiful island of Coron.
We spent half of our Valentines week in the magical island and all I could say is just that it's awesome (I even got a shirt that says it)! My blog and Paul's pictures won't do the beauty of Coron justice so to summarize our sweet escapade, I'll just show you the highlights in no particular order.
This was inside the small cave in Kayangan Lake. Getting to this part will actually cause your legs to be sore since you'll have to trek a bit before getting to this part of Kayangan.
My hot love!
This was taken in Banana Island..oh how clear the water is!
This one was taken back in our hotel - Sunz En Coron which I must say has a superb service! I would definitely recommend this one to my friends! And oh, this is the shirt I was talking about. Paul got one too!
We had Korean for our Valentine salubong and of course lots of kisses from mi love! If you could observe, our skin is already toasted (lol, it still is now)
Yummy lunch that our boat guys prepared for us.
Oh magnificent nature! This one is in Malcapuya - the mini Boracay of Coron.
Here we are sipping our fresh buko juice while waiting for lunch to be served in Malcapuya.
Our hotel view at night! Awesome ain't it? It has a lighting display at night which makes us wanna just stay there and dip.
Me feeling the hot water at Maquinit Springs.
Oh nothing... just exploring Malcapuya!
On our 3rd day in the island, Paul and I rented a motorcycle and had a quick roadtrip around the 'bayan'. It was so much fun! We even had it on video! :)
Another view of Sunz En Coron...
My cutie patootie lovey feeling the rush of heat flowing in Maquinit.
Another shot in paradise...
After our Valentines dinner, we explored Sunz En's mini bar.
With our awesome tour guide Kuya Niel of Coron Galeri.
Clear blue water at Bulog Island Sandbar...
I kinda actually wanna be a mermaid...
My love at our favorite spot at night. Oh how I much I miss that spot! Sitting beside Paul, drinking beer and watching Prison Break under the stars is just soooooo romantic!
Our four day escapade ended with a blast. We had soo soo much fun and sweet memories in Coron and this definitely will not be the last. Paul and I will always hold a special place for this island in our hearts. And oh, the picture below shows our bungisngis smiles because this was taken right after landing in Coron. Wishing it's always Day 1.
Xoxo,
Ellie
