Anyway

You're probably familiar with how I do my introductions here.. "It's been a while", "I've been busy", "Work's crazy" and how I end things with inspiring quotes as if nothing crazy happened. You know, in my reality, it's not that simple. Yes, WORK IS CRAZY. Unless you are an SAP FI/CO support then you won't understand me. I've been sick lately and as far as I can remember, I was blaming it on my work. The hectic schedules, the crazy routines, the never-ending investigations that I do and people calling me and there telling me to do stuff they can actually do themselves.
I honestly have cried countless of nights because of the stress work brings upon me. Luckily, I have my boyfriend who has this uncanny ability of listening to my rants 24/7 and not complaining about it.
I'm thankful also for my mom who listens to me even if she's busy playing her tablet games and my dad who keeps on joking me to just quit my job and handle his Ministop dream. (Lol!)
And friends who, despite the distance, keep on reminding me that I should never give up and that I should never forget what's the purpose of me working...to travel.

So after realizing what matters most, I came up with my own version of a famous saying by Mother Theresa (not all holy though).

I might get sick after a weekend with friends, I enjoyed the 10 shots of tequila anyway. ;)
I might get tired after an entire day at work, I learned new things anyway.
I might get frustrated with life sometimes, I have better plans for the future anyway.

Apart from the above, I have realized how blessed I am with what God has given and the plans that awaits me and me loved ones for the future.

Here's to more...

Family Vacations

Team Buildings

Coffee with friends...

Adventures with the Love...

So yeah... I'm still sick while writing this but thankfully, I'm so much better not bitter. ;)
And of course it's not the tequila that made me sick. ;)

Xoxo,

Ellie

Art In Island

Last week, Paul and I gave this artsy museum we saw on Facebook a shot. It's a two-storey building in Cubao Expo that's full of art illusions and 3D images that are totally entertaining. Here are some pictures we have:

Lost in Egypt

Skiing and Sledding with Santa

Frustrated Surfer Dreams (Can't wait for the real thing when we go to Baler!!!)

Venice on our minds

Giant Crocodile Attack

Stuck in a desert

Fallen Angel

Dyesebel (haha!)

Me and Michael Scofield (Haha! We're so damn addicted to Prison Break!)

Love just love <3

It was so exhausting but so fun as well! It took us 2 hours to finish our tour inside the museum. When we're done, Paul took me to this fancy restaurant that's quite famous due to its feature in the movie 'One More Chance'. The place is called Bellini's. Too bad we weren't able to take lots of pictures of the place but here's us with our pastas. They're delish by the way!

So..when you feel like you want to get artsy, go ahead and check out Art In Island! Enjoy! :)
