Luljetta's Hanging Gardens

Whenever I travel without Paul or whenever I get to roam around sans him, I always make sure that we get to make 'bawi' in order to catch up. Perfect timing because we were supposed to go to Luljetta's last July 4 but due to the bad weather, it was moved last 18th. It was just days before I got back from Cebu and we were soo ready to be pampered by this really famous place.

Sharing to you some pictures, though it won't do justice to the place so I'd say you better go there yourselves so you can experience it first hand. Check out their site here. If you're planning to visit, make sure you get a reservation. It's very rare for walk-ins to get a slot.

Ahh just looking back at that experience relaxes me! Our was followed by food trip right after so you could guess na.. instaba! Lol. But it's another addition to our adventures and I wouldn't trade it for the world. :)

Cebu 2015

So last July 8, me and five other co-workers went to Cebu to work with our team there. It's no longer my first time since I was there last November. Fortunately, this time around, I'm with people who are pretty close to me so it's much fun! We stayed there for a week and our hotel was pretty close to IT Park where the Accenture building is located. I have long wished to have an independent life but I wasn't able to experience it since me and my family are all living together in the city (which I am very thankful for). But a little independence every once in a while is not so bad...not so bad at all!

The only picture I have in the office. Lol. I'm with Kier and we borrowed our teammates' jacket because it's pretty!

It wouldn't be complete if there was no karaoke/kinect. Haha! Yeah we always do this.

The team took us fishing and I was actually the last one who caught one. Well at least I still got one! Ha! (I happen to realize now on how awkward I look when excited haha)

Our nicest teammates took us on a road trip on a Sunday afternoon. It was so much fun because we made it clear that we don't want them to spend anything for us so we just went on parks and bought goodies in the southern part of Cebu. I so much appreciate the hospitality of these people. Guys!!! Come to Manila and I'd be happy to drive you around, North to South! Haha!

And for our last dinner, our Team Lead treated us some ribs from Casa Verde! Yumyum in our tumtum! :)

Sooo aside from the additional fats that this trip got us (like yeaaah everyone's like 'Anyare sayo? Taba mo!' huhu), it boosted camaraderie between Manila and Cebu. Of course I will be back again, hopefully it will be on a vacation next time.

Taking It Easy

I got a little bit sick over the past few days but I'm back on track now and so here I am again.
I was in Cebu for a week to work there with the team and it was very fun! Wait for my blog post about it and how I caught a fish when we went fishing! Haha.
Also, Paul and I thought we'd needed some alone time to reflect and reconnect after being away for a week (hahaha) so we went to this hanging gardens spa called Luljetta's. It was superb! Wait for my blog post and review on the place.



Right now, I'm taking it easy.. I have realized all energy has been lost due to work and it's taking the best of me so I need to be kind to myself by having breaks every now and then.
