I was supposed to play Laser Tag with my friends that day but it got cancelled due to some reason so it meant I'll be spending my Saturday afternoon with my love. He also had some scheduled activities with his coworkers in the morning but he got up late that's why he wasn't able to join. Thanks to the pretty much convincing words of his colleagues, he asked me to go to Ace Water Spa. Now we have an awesome plan for our Saturday afternoon.
When we got to the place, I was so amazed because it was just so fun looking. It was huge and full of water (of course!). We paid 550 pesos each for the entrance which includes a four-hour use of all the facilities inside. It was our first time and I was very much stunned by the cleanliness and poshness. There was a separate dressing room/shower room/locker room/powder room for the guys and girls. Privacy is really a concern for me so having seen that situation, it made me like it right away. Plus the fact that they have an awesome shower room with all the stuff you'll surely need.
The proper attire inside by the way is a fitted swimsuit(for girls) and a spandex cycling shorts of some sort (for guys), well anything that's spandex just not cotton.
When we got inside, we explored the outer part of the spa first. As much as I want to describe the entire experience, it's hard because we're not allowed to take pictures inside. But it was one hell of an amazing experience. Paul and I enjoyed it a lot and we might even go and visit once in two months just to rejuvenate and relax.
If you guys are in Manila, you should check out their website here.
And if you're situated outside the country, you might want to check out water spas near your vicinity. I tell you, it's definitely worth the penny.
Paul and I made sure we'd make the most out of the experience so we stayed inside for almost 4 hours. We were sooo hungry right after so we had dinner at this place called 'Kebabers' (they have such friendly staff) where they served us yummy beef kebabs and dynamites.
How about you, how's your weekend?
