Gone Too Soon

As much as possible, I want the stuff in my blog to be of positivity and glee. But certain circumstances just make me so sad and since this is my outlet, I'm going to post it. This one is for you, Uncle Ely.

Yesterday, we've lost a great man. Before death took him, he was bedridden in the hospital for 11 days due to a stroke which led him to a coma. He's my mother's brother and he's a bad ass Uncle, one of my favorites definitely. My mom woke us up at around 3am and it was the horror when she told us about my Uncle's passing. To my readers, please help me offer a short prayer for his soul, for his bereaved loved ones and for the strength needed to surpass his demise. I am really feeling down, all of us are and I just know life will never be the same. I just pray that God will continue to make his kids and wife strong. That whatever happens, they'll never give up on life. Hence, see even more to it. That this is God's will. That we will all die anyway, so it's not actually goodbye but see you later (really really later please). With that, I have made a short poem that I dedicate to all the weak-hearted due to the situation. I actually made this when I saw my mom cry, I hate seeing her cry. But then again this applies to everyone who is sorrowful, tomorrow is a new day.

Be strong darling, please try to be strong

Even when the world you've came to know seems so wrong

Go on darling it’s alright for you to cry

I’ll be here and I’ll make sure to wipe them all dry

Things are difficult now but darling it won’t last

This world is round and soon you’ll be a happy cast

You shouldn't dwell to what makes you sad, promise me

That whatever happens, you will always try to be happy

Life is full of ups and downs we all know that

But when it’s there, all advices we get would still make us so sad

What you need to realize darling is that He wouldn't allow

A problem that our heart and soul couldn't bare now

There,there darling, I am right here

Let’s kick those problems off and wipe away your tears

If you can’t be strong yet, I’ll be your rock and I’ll stand tough for you

Until the very day when this is over and we’ll see a wide bright view.

Guys, always make it to a point to show the people you love that you love them. Make sure that they feel it and that you wouldn't let a day pass bearing a grudge in your heart towards a person. Life is too short so explore all random possibilities, love rather than hate, always appreciate, be kind, live life.
